New in this Year: Webinar competition

Details:
Task: Participate in each (!) of the webinars and answer a question afterwards!
Requirements for participation: Registration as participant of the DiGifZ 2020 via the Conference Tool.

Prizes: 3 participants can win a Ipad Air each.

From all participants the three winners will be drawn at the end of the conference. The drawing and award ceremony will take place during the summary session on Friday, 2.10.2020. We think these prices are reasonable for new ways of digital communication.

To get to know the individual industry partners of DiGifZ 2020 better, we have chosen the format of the satellite webinars. With this we want to give the partners the opportunity to introduce themselves with individual projects. You have 30 minutes time for this. We have distributed the individual webinars over the days before and during the conference – this leaves enough time for the individual sets.
Since we have already reduced the conference program considerably before, we would like to integrate the satellite webinars into the conference with a special competition.

Registration and fees

Conference fee only for non-members:

We have made a new decision and have now cancelled the conference participation fee for all members of the DGfZ this year. In this anniversary year we would like to take advantage of the special circumstances of this pandemic and give all members the chance to participate. It would be a great pleasure to have you all there!

For all non-members we charge the uniform fee of 25 Euro.
(or you could become a member?!)

Conference tool:

We are using the ConfTool software to manage all things related to participation at the conference. At first you can browse the detailed conference agenda. For your first registration simply click the “Register new” button and enter a few basic information about yourself. Choose a user name and password and you’ll be all set. After signing in to ConfTool you have a variety of options to manage your conference participation.

Registration via Conftool – you can:

  • register for the conference
  • submit an abstract poster presentation
  • edit your account details
  • edit a submitted abstract
  • manage your payments (after you registered) (only for non-members)
  • print out the invoice
  • have a look at the conference agenda
  • be informed by e-mail

Abstract Submission for poster

Please submit your abstracts for a poster by 11.9.2020.
We are still looking for the best tools for a customized poster session and will keep you informed about the development.
Of course there will be a poster prize in cash for the best presentation!

Abstract deadline: Friday, September 11th 2020
